Huanchen is an enterprise management and international business advisory firm connecting Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Operating through a dual-entity structure across the two cities, we focus on company formation, bank account preparation and ongoing maintenance.

Founded in Shenzhen in 2018, this is Huanchen’s mainland operating entity, responsible for client liaison, document coordination and project management.

Its Certificate of Incorporation was issued on 21 March 2023. This is Huanchen’s Hong Kong execution entity, handling local filings, professional coordination and ongoing maintenance.

Will I be served by an individual or a team?
Huanchen operates through two entities in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and clients are looked after by a dedicated team. Where accounting, tax, secretarial or notarisation work is required, it is performed by the licensed professionals we work with long term — you never have to source and manage multiple providers yourself.
Which jurisdictions do you cover?
Centred on Hong Kong, we cover company formation and maintenance in the BVI, the Cayman Islands, the UK, Singapore, the US, Seychelles and the Marshall Islands, together with annual reviews, accounting and audit coordination, notarisation and bank account preparation.
